A roof sheet forming machine continuously roll-forms metal coil into corrugated or trapezoidal profiles used for roofing and wall cladding. The line typically includes decoiler, feeding section, roll stands, hydraulic shear or flying cut-off, and run-out support.
Finished sheets are cut to length on the line. Profile geometry, material thickness, and forming speed depend on the roll tooling and motor drive configuration supplied for the project.
