Manufacturer specification: galvanized steel strip / coil, 0.12–2 mm thickness (G550 grade applications per inquiry).
Galvanized strip steel is produced from cold-rolled or hot-rolled steel strip coated with a zinc alloy layer to varying degrees. Hot-dip galvanizing offers a uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life.
In the hot-dip process, the strip substrate interacts with the molten zinc bath through complex physical and chemical reactions, forming a dense, corrosion-resistant zinc–iron alloy layer. This alloy layer is metallurgically bonded with the pure zinc layer and the steel substrate, giving the product strong overall corrosion resistance.
